Automated extraction you can build your study on

Every genomic result starts with the quality of your extraction. Our automated, harmonized protocols deliver consistent, high-quality DNA and RNA isolation across a full range of biospecimens — with complete sample traceability and fast turnaround built into every step.

 

gDNA isolation

We extract genomic DNA from whole blood using QIAamp DNA Blood Mini/Midi/Maxi kits, with protocols validated across multiple matrices, including FFPE tissue, plasma, body fluids, and lymphocytes.

 

RNA isolation

RNA degrades quickly once a sample is collected, so stabilization matters as much as extraction. We use PAXgene Blood RNA tubes for immediate stabilization of intracellular RNA and RNAlater for long-term preservation of biopsy tissue — protecting sample integrity from collection through to analysis.

DNA and RNA extraction are automated with Maxwell® HT systems, which are customizable to meet the needs of your laboratory. Based on convenient cartridges for specific sample types, Maxwell® RSC 48 provides automated purification from 1-48 samples

Designed to process small numbers of samples, these manual genomic DNA extraction kits offer several methods for DNA purification, such as:

Built on proven automated technology

Our laboratories run a full suite of automated platforms — including Promega MaxPrep, Promega Maxwell® RSC 48, PerkinElmer/Revvity JANUS® G3, and PerkinElmer/Revvity chemagic — to deliver consistent results at scale. For smaller sample volumes, our manual extraction kits offer solution-based, silica membrane-based, resin-based, and magnetic purification methods, so the right approach is matched to the right study.

 

The Maxwell RSC 48 platform processes 1 to 48 samples using sample-specific cartridges, giving your laboratory the flexibility to scale extraction to your study’s needs.
